Wayne, the second-oldest of the original Osmond Brothers singers and the fourth oldest of the nine Osmond children, played an integral role in shaping the group\u2019s signature sound. Alongside his brothers Alan, Merrill, and Jay, Wayne began performing in 1958 as a barbershop quartet. Their talent soon captured national attention, and by 1961, they were discovered, launching them toward international stardom.<\/p>\n

A gifted and versatile musician, Wayne\u2019s talents stretched far beyond his vocals. He mastered a wide array of instruments, including the guitar, flute, clarinet, saxophone, violin, banjo, piano, drums, and even the bagpipes.
