Introduction

The woman who attempted a sophisticated plot to “rob” or, more accurately, defraud the Elvis Presley family out of Graceland, his iconic mansion, is Lisa Jeanine Findley of Kimberling City, Missouri.

In May 2024, a company called Naussany Investments & Private Lending LLC claimed that Lisa Marie Presley (Elvis’s daughter) had failed to pay back a $3.8 million loan and attempted to foreclose on Graceland. However, it was quickly revealed that the company was fake and the documents were forged.

Lisa Jeanine Findley was identified as the orchestrator of this elaborate scheme. She is accused of posing as multiple individuals involved with the fake lender, fabricating loan documents, and publishing a fraudulent foreclosure notice in a Memphis newspaper. Her plot was halted when Elvis’s granddaughter, Riley Keough, sued to stop the sale. Findley has a history of other fraudulent activities, including romance scams and bank fraud. She pleaded guilty to charges related to the Graceland scheme in February 2025.
