Introduction
In November 2002, Michael Jackson caused a stir by showing his youngest son, Prince Michael II (also known as Blanket), from the balcony of his suite at the Adlon Hotel in Berlin. The action, captured by the press and fans, was considered reckless and sparked a great deal of controversy.
But was Michael Jackson a bad father?
•Michael was a protective and close father to his children, Prince, Paris, and Bigi. He sought to provide them with a peaceful and normal childhood, away from media pressure, by covering their faces to protect their identity. He also taught them to be generous, participating in philanthropic activities such as visiting poor neighborhoods and hospitals.

•Lessons in Generosity: Michael Jackson wanted his children to know the importance of helping others. He took them to poor neighborhoods and hospitals so they could see people’s needs firsthand and learn to be generous.
•Devotion to his children: Michael Jackson was a very devoted and loving father. Those who worked with him in the family considered him a great father.
